This a Barbara kruger  was edited in phtoshop by getting he red boarder and the puting a photo in that you want then move it to the plavce that you want and then make it black and white then go to image >adjustments>desaturate then image>noise>add noise
then image>adjustments>invert thenyou will have a a=image like this
